BioNegev Launches 6 Companies
The BioNegev Group is officially in business. Six Israeli companies from the Biotechnology and Life Sciences Field are already in.
The global innovation center for biotechnology and life sciences in the Negev is a partnership of three major organizations in the Negev: Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Development Authority and the Municipality of Be’er Sheva. The group, that was officially unveiled this week at an event in Be’er Sheba, was established to operate as a framework for the development of the biotechnology industry and life sciences in the Negev.
The six companies include:
Procognia, that addresses the growing markets of biopharmaceuticals and biosimilars, offering unparalleled advantages to its customers and partners – biopharmaceutical manufacturers – by providing products, services, and integrated solutions to the market’s extensively growing needs to achieve optimal glycosylation profiles and higher production yields.
Bioanalytics company, that offers the option of renting or leasing laboratory equipment and the sale of customized second-hand equipment.
Daren Laboratories, is a scientific consultancy SME with R&D capabilities, specializing in chemistry, materials, polymers, Biopolymers, synthesis and industrial processes, supporting a wide range of companies and institutes worldwide, for the past 20 years. The company performs custom R&D and analysis projects, provides Expert’s opinion to governmental authorities and courts of law, and is an active participant in several European frameworks.
GC Group, specializes in the development of drugs with high added value and quality assurance department.
Validations – Luden engineering, quality assurance provider, GMP engaged in validations for facilities and equipment.
Lahav-CRO,one of israel biggest resort facility, which holds research models experiments in large animals in a variety of fields. Lahav client list includes universities, research facilities and companies. They are engaged in a dvlping development of innovative processes, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
